John Madigan has been a blacksmith & boilermaker since the late 80's. He has legendary skill & knowledge in the crafts of wrought iron, steel, structural steel & other metals forging, fabricating, welding & repairing.
There is no metal related job he has not accomplished with patience, skill & outstanding quality.
Projects have been as diverse as the fabrication & restoration of heritage listed wrought iron fences & features, the design, manufacture & installation of a diverse range of steel fixtures & fittings, the rework of bolts & nuts, & the creation of a full size replica of Ned Kelly's suit of steel armour.

As a self employed, stand alone operator John can work on site at your location, or complete the project in its entirety at his metal foundry and workshop in Hepburn Springs, following up with installation on site where required.

From his professional trade beginnings in the railway workshops of Newport in Melbourne, he built a thriving blacksmith business in Hepburn Springs, had a 6 year stint serving the community as a Senator in the Federal parliament & has now returned to his first love & profession; a highly skilled metal craftsman in Hepburn Springs.
